✦Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

✦Payment Policy: full-service price is required once your appointment request has been approved to confirm your appointment.

✦Travel Policy: Motion by Judy is a mobile service. Travel up to 25 miles is included. Beyond 25 miles, a travel fee will be quoted before your appointment is confirmed — Judy will review and communicate any fee prior to approval.

✦Arrival & Setup: Motion by Judy will arrive approximately 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to set up equipment. Please be ready and available at your scheduled time.

✦Space Requirements: Please have a clean, safe area with at least 7× 10 ft of open space available for the massage table and equipment.
