My Story
Wellness That Moves With You
I discovered the transformative power of massage and movement therapy after experiencing firsthand how tension and stress can hold the body — and the spirit — back. That personal journey sparked a mission: to bring professional, luxury-level wellness directly to the people who need it most.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I've dedicated my career to helping busy professionals, athletes, and women reclaim their bodies and their energy. I believe that healing shouldn't require a commute — it should come to you, on your schedule, in your space.
Motion by Judy was born from that belief. Every session is intentional, personalized, and designed to leave you feeling restored, empowered, and ready to move through life with ease.
My Philosophy
Healing Is Personal
"Your body carries everything you've been through. My job is to help it let go.
Every client walks in with a different story — different stress, different goals, different needs. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all sessions. I listen first, then I work. Whether you need therapeutic relief, gentle restoration, or mobility recovery, I tailor every touch to serve your body exactly where it is today.
